Turnaround time: Our current turnaround time is 5-8 business days, due to the homemade nature of the product. 

Local Pick up: Please use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout to pick up from us in Kitsap County. When you receive the "ready for pick up" email we will contact you with the address. You may pick up any time between 8am-8pm. 

Returns: Returns and exchanges are not accepted. But please contact us with any concerns on your order!

Play dough storage: Play dough should last 3-4 months with proper care. Store in an airtight container or ziplock bag for freshness. 

Rice sensory tips: Play with clean, dry hands to keep coloring from sticking to your hands.
